2, solid wood flooring

And being wetted with water or scrubbed with alkaline water and soapy water will destroy the brightness of the paint; in the summer, no attention is paid to pulling the curtains so that the front floor of the bed will be discolored and cracked after being exposed to sunlight; the temperature of the air conditioner will be too low for the daytime. And the temperature change at night is too large, causing the floor to expand or shrink too violently, and cause floor deformation, cracking and so on.

When the floor is in use, if individual floors are found to be shelling or falling off, the floor shall be taken in time, old glue and ash removed, and coated with new glue. Waxing once a month is also the best method of maintenance, but wipe off the moisture and stains before waxing.

3, solid wood composite floor

Solid wood flooring is easier to maintain than solid wood flooring. Keep the floor dry and clean, mop the floor without dripping mops, and do not use alkaline water or soapy water to effectively protect the floor. If the air in the home is dry, the mop may be wet or put a pot of water on the heater, or humidifier may be used to humidify it. Avoid sun exposure as much as possible to avoid premature aging and cracking of the surface paint under ultraviolet radiation.

Part of the board surface accidentally contaminated with stains should be promptly removed. If there is oil, use a rag, warm water and a small amount of detergent to scrub; if it is a drug or pigment, it must be removed before the end of the stain, such as the surface of the wood. The floor should be kept away from prolonged contact with water, especially if it does not come into contact with hot water. If there is hot water on the floor, it must be wiped dry.

It is best to use a wax every three months. Before waxing, clean the surface of the floor and wax it regularly to maintain the floor finish and extend the life of the floor. Avoid sharp objects scratching the ground, do not place too hot things on the floor, try to avoid dragging heavy furniture.
